Product Warranty Details

For all of our blinds and curtains product, we cover limited 1 year warranty for manual products option and limited 5 years warranty for our motorised products option!
 

Please read on and find out your Warranty Claims after installation!

Warranty Claims for manual products option covers the following:
1) Limited 1 year coverage on system mechanisms failure.
2) Limited 1 year coverage for all parts/materials, labour and transportation fees for maintenance/servicing of products.

 

Warranty Claims for manual blinds options do not cover the following:

1) Any form of abuse, misuse or visible man made scratches/damage to product.
2) Products which are in worn out conditions due to wear and tear.
3) Raw materials eg. curtains fabric, roller blinds fabric and venetian slats used in fabrication of a product.


Key personnel must be on job-site during installation, and must report any form of possible defects within 1 day for rectification works. Otherwise, installation will be deemed as completed without any issues. Any maintenance/servicing of manual products option after limited 1 year coverage will incur cost for parts/materials for replacement/repair, along with the labour and transportation costs of the replacement/repair.

Any issues within the limited 5 years warranty for motor will be a 1 to 1 replacement, with the charges as mentioned above and other possible costs such as erection of scaffolding due to high ceiling.

Warranty Claims for motorised blinds option covers the following:
1) Limited 5 years coverage on system/motor mechanisms failure (1st year will cover maintenance/servicing of products including replacement of motor, 2nd to 5th year will incur transportation and labour charges for replacement of motor).
2) Limited 1st year coverage for all labour and transportation fees for maintenance/servicing of products including replacement of
motor if required.

 

Warranty Claims for motorised blinds options do not cover the following:

2) Products which are in worn out conditions due to wear and tear.

Warranty Claims for window films covers the following:

1) Limited 3 years warranty on casement window on peeling off, bubbling, shrinkage of window films.
2) Limited 5 years warranty on fixed window on peeling off, bubbling, shrinkage of window films.

 

Warranty Claims for window films do not cover the following:

1) Any form of abuse, misuse or visible man made scratches/damage to product.
2) Window films which are in worn out conditions due to wear and tear after limited warranty period for casement or fixed window.

Labour and transportation charges for replacement of window films will apply after limited warranty period as mentioned above.

All Warranty Claims for warranty coverage on all products will be valid only after full payment is made.
